Mike Anderson’s book The Rave Diet & Lifestyle comes with a DVD called Eating. The book and DVD are excellent resources for convincing your family and friends that a low fat vegan diet is not only safe, but far safer than the standard American junk food diet. The DVD called “Healing Cancer from the Inside Out” is also very informative and a huge eye opener even for those of us who have been vegans for a long time.

Dr Gabriel Cousens DVD Simply Raw is a must see for anybody who is interested in reversing diabetes. The DVD follows the real time experiences of six volunteers who go through a 21 day program to reverse diabetes at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Arizona. The DVD is full of excellent insights on why it can be spiritually challenging to change ones lifestyle in a country where slow suicide by diet is considered normal. In the DVD Dr Lisle talks about the addictive nature of the rich mans diet and the other psychological obstacles that keep us from adopting a plant based diet to achieve maximum health and wellbeing. Dr. Lisle is also an advocate of fasting on water only as a way to initiate a quick transition to a plant based diet.
